 Please note that the firewall of some insitutions blocks the access to the registration plateform.

*an electronic copy of a valid student card/certificate will have to be provided upon registration to benefit from the “PhD Student” fare

In order to submit an abstract you need to login or create your account (CCSD account used on HAL for those who already have one). Then go to the Abstract Submission page of this website (link) and fill the online form.

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to registration-elecmol2021@vitamin-events.fr

Substitutions may be made at any time but please contact the organizing committee in case of a change of name. If you want to cancel the registration completely, please notify the organizing committee immediately.
If written notification is received by October 10^th, 2021, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. For written notice provided by October 28^th, 2021, a 50% refund will be given. For registrations cancelled after October 28^th, 2021, or for no-show at the conference, there will be no refund (100% of the registration are due).
